2. What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (name, email address, phone number, building information), data generated through platform usage (issues, votes, meeting attendance) and technical data (IP address, browser, cookie information).

3. Why we collect data

We process your data to: provide the Lobi.ro service, communicate with you about your account, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations and the provisions of Law no. 196/2018.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of: performance of the platform usage contract, your explicit consent (where applicable), our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

5. How long we retain data

We retain your data for the duration of platform usage and 24 months after the end of the contractual relationship, except where law requires a different period.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@lobi.ro.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including: Argon2id hashing, append-only audit log and complete data isolation per building.

8. International transfers

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EU without appropriate GDPR safeguards.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you by email of significant changes.
