What is the minimum building size?
There is no minimum. Lobi.ro works for small buildings of 10 apartments up to associations of 300+ units.
How is billing handled?
Monthly, per building. The price does not depend on the number of residents or units.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. We set up the building for free and you have time to test it with residents before deciding.
Can I migrate data from another system?
Yes. During onboarding we help you import the list of units and residents.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export all your data (documents, resolutions, issues) at any time. You're not locked in.
Is VAT included?
No, prices are shown excluding VAT. We invoice with VAT per Romanian legislation.
Is there a long-term contract?
