4. Accounts and access

Access to the platform requires an individual account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, sending offensive content or attempting unauthorised access.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights over the platform and content generated by us belong to the Lobi.ro operator. User-generated content remains the property of its authors.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and cannot be held liable for indirect losses resulting from the use or unavailability of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant modifications will be communicated by email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
